This policy explains what Expert Educare Private Limited collects when you use this website or book our podcast studio or conference room, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Contact details — your name, organisation, email address and phone/WhatsApp number.
• Booking details — the space and package chosen, preferred date, start time and number of hours, number of people attending, recording language, and any notes you write.
• Payment information — processed by Razorpay. We receive a payment reference and status only; we never receive or store your full card, UPI or bank credentials.
• Technical data — IP address, browser and device information, and cookies used to keep the site working and secure.

Why we use it

• To confirm availability and schedule your booking.
• To send confirmations, payment links, reminders and receipts by email and WhatsApp.
• To prepare properly for your session and staff it correctly.
• To process payments and issue tax invoices as required by law.
• To answer your enquiries and improve our services.

We record the IP address a booking request came from purely to prevent spam and abuse.

Who we share it with

We share the minimum necessary with service providers who help us operate:

• Razorpay — payment processing
• Meta / WhatsApp — booking and confirmation messages
• Email delivery providers — confirmations and receipts
• Our hosting provider — where the website and its database run

We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

Recordings

Audio and video recorded during your session belong to you. We hold working files only as long as needed to complete your project, plus a short buffer for revisions, then delete them. We do not publish or share your recordings without your permission — see the content clause in our Terms & Conditions.

How long we keep it

Booking records and invoices are retained for as long as needed to deliver the service and to meet tax, accounting and legal obligations. After that they are deleted or anonymised.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access-controlled administration. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security.

Cookies

This site uses cookies necessary for it to function — keeping your session active and protecting forms against cross-site request forgery. You can block cookies in your browser, but parts of the site, including the booking form, may then stop working.

Your rights

You may ask us to give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, or delete it where we are not required to keep it. You may also ask us to stop sending you messages. Email experteducation@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.

Children

Where a person under 18 attends a recording, we expect a parent or guardian to make the booking and to consent to the recording on their behalf.

We may update this policy. The revision date above shows when it last changed.
