These terms apply to bookings of the podcast studio, conference room and production services offered by Expert Educare Private Limited at A-913, Dev Aurum, Anandnagar Cross Road, Prahladnagar, Ahmedabad, Gujarat - 380015. By submitting a booking request you accept them.

What we provide

• Studio and room hire — an acoustically treated podcast room with professional lighting and microphones, and a fully equipped conference room, both bookable by the hour or session.
• Production services — multi-camera recording, professional hosting, conceptualizing and scriptwriting, editing, reel production and distribution, as selected.

Current services and charges are published on our studio page and may change without notice. The charges shown at the time your booking is confirmed are the ones that apply to that booking.

Booking & confirmation

• Submitting the form creates a booking request, not a confirmed slot.
• Slots are confirmed by our team, normally within one working day, subject to availability.
• Figures shown on the website are estimates. The final quote is confirmed in writing.
• All times are Indian Standard Time (IST).

Payment

• Charges are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise; GST is applied at the prevailing rate.
• Online payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not receive or store your card or bank credentials.
• Where a deposit is required to hold a slot, the balance is payable as stated in your quote.
• A tax invoice is issued for every payment received.

Rescheduling & cancellation

Governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact details and booking information.
• Arrive on time. Studio time begins at your booked slot, whether or not you have arrived, and late arrival does not extend the session.
• Ensure you hold the necessary rights and consents for any content, music, brand assets or guest appearances you bring, and for the recording of everyone present.
• Treat the premises and equipment with care. You are responsible for loss or damage caused by you or your guests.
• Do not use the space for unlawful, defamatory, hateful or infringing content.

Content ownership

You own the recordings made in your session and the content you supply. We retain ownership of our equipment, templates, project files and working assets. Unless you tell us otherwise in writing, we may reference the fact that you recorded with us and use short excerpts or behind-the-scenes stills to promote the studio. Tell us if you would prefer we did not, and we will not.

Text, images, video and design on this website belong to Expert Educare Private Limited and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

No guarantee of outcome

We deliver the studio time and production services you book. We do not guarantee audience growth, views, downloads, rankings, sponsorship or any other commercial outcome, as these depend on factors outside our control.

Delivery timelines

Indicative timelines for raw files and edited output are given on the studio page and in your quote. Timelines depend on you supplying required inputs and approvals promptly, and are not guaranteed where delays originate outside our control.

Liability

Our total liability arising from any booking is limited to the fee you paid for that booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost revenue, lost opportunity, or loss of data or recordings once files have been delivered to you. Please keep your own backups.

Force majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform caused by events beyond reasonable control, including power failure, internet outage, equipment failure, illness, civic restrictions or natural events. In such cases we will offer a reschedule or a refund.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
