Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy covers bookings of our podcast studio, conference room and associated production services at Expert Educare Private Limited, Ahmedabad. Our career consultation bookings on career.experteducation.org are governed by the policy published there.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule a confirmed booking free of charge up to 48 hours before your slot, subject to availability. Inside 48 hours we will make every effort to move you, but studio and crew time may already be committed.

Cancellation & refunds

Deposits

Where a deposit is collected to hold a slot, it is deducted from your final invoice. If you cancel, the deposit is refunded on the same scale as above. If you reschedule within the permitted window, the deposit carries over to the new slot.

Post-production & editing work

Once editing, reel production or scriptwriting work has begun, that portion of the fee is non-refundable, because the work has already been performed. Unstarted elements of a package remain refundable.

How to request a refund

Email experteducation@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp at +91 98793 01004 with your booking reference (for example BP-2609-0001), the slot date and the reason. We respond within 1–2 business days.

Processing time

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days of approval. Bank timelines are outside our control.

Taxes

GST is charged at the prevailing rate and shown separately on your invoice. Where a refund is issued, the GST component is refunded proportionately.
